Among them error of the pilot team is one of the major cause of plane crash. Some days ago this incident was happened in the cockpit of flight of the Air India. The incident take place when the junior pilot who is senior in age adressed the senior pilot calling ‘Uncle’. After that situation gone to difficult. They both appeared as fighters and there fighting video was shown in the Data Flight Records(DFR).
